My company has completed two projects with this company I won't be going back for future work I won't be recommending them in the future, but here is my feedback to assist future customers in making their own choices I have no issue with the quality of their cabinets All plywood boxes All is sturdy and good quality Thus I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their PRODUCT If you are going to order cabinets from this company, be aware that the responsibility for getting the order right is 100% YOUR responsibility They state this right in their sales order, so if you read the small print there should be no surpriseBut, that means that even if they have quoted on a design, IF the quantity of the product is different than the design, remember they will NOT take any responsibility Further, be aware that ordering a kitchen from them is NOT a turn key completion for the install I was happy with the installer and his quality of work BUT, when the cabinets didn't match the design (but they did match the order, so apparently it is on me that this was wrong) there is no responsibility of either the installer or the cabinet company to get it right Just be aware that this is YOUR responsibility to check EVERYTHING, and there will be NO accountability from this company to take any responsibility Further, be aware that the Owner's of this company put no value on relationships The Owner I had worked with never returned a single call They respond by email, which comes from the company and not the individual They are very quick to duck responsibility As examples, the first kitchen quoted we provided a design The design included a pantry The pantry showed shelved that included role out drawers I discussed the design with the Owner by phone, and made her aware of the drawers We received the quote and completed the order The cabinets arrived without the pull out drawers I brought this up with the company, and was told "it wasn't listed on their order, so not their responsibility While I understand that mistakes are made, what is hard to state here is the attitude of the Owner Not helpful in finding a solution, but instead responded defensively and accusatory I tried to communicate by phone, but couldn't get a returned call and instead all responses were by email After completing one kitchen with this company I hoped that the challenges were a one time situation, but I was even move disappointed in the way I was treated on the second kitchen I provided a design with kitchen and bathrooms, and ordered the cabinets based on a quote Cabinets arrived without bathroom vanities While it was misquoted, we only paid for the kitchen, so we had to order and pay separately for the bathroom I recognize the error, but may have made other decisions as the price wasn't as good as I thought it was We had a set of doors that were mis-sized in the original order We contacted the company and ordered, at additional cost, to have a new cabinet delivered Cabinet doors did not match the original order, but as the Order stated the name of the cabinets incorrectly, their response was that "they delivered what was ordered" and thus it wasn't their responsibility I expressed dissatisfaction to the company, and when I stated that I would take my business elsewhere, I was promptly "fired" as a customer They refused to reorder the cabinet doors for me, and instead provide the name of the manufacturer and have stated that I should "feel free to contact them for any parts that we may need" Afterall, they provided to us "what was ordered" I am hopeful that the Owners of the company will read this review While business may be strong in a economy, it won't always be that way My advice to them is to treat their customers the way they would want to be treated I am going to take my business to companies that appreciate my business If you are going to work with this company, I hope this review will help you move forward with your eyes open

They did my kitchen years ago and just finishing up my mothers This was the only store that made us feel comfortable They explained everything explicitly and in terms my mother could understand My kitchen has held up to toddlers for years Quality is great My old school German uncle that spent years in the NY trim carpenters union critiqued the quality of the installation and gave it a A- (only because in his eyes the only A+ is himself haha) thanks for everythingI look forward to working with them again whenever another family member needs a kitchen

I got a quote over a year ago We just finally became ready for cabinets We were happy to see that they were able to honor our quote from last year Quality of cabinets was great Communication was great through the whole process We live in a subdivision with,cookie cutter kitchens I have talked to neighbors who went sonewhere elae and have spent a great deal more for the exact same kitchen setup They referred a good installer and granite guy as well We love our new kitchen

I was pleased with,the quality of the shaker cabinets Color is rich and stain applied well Customer service is prompt I would gladly recommend this company

I have bought several kitchens from Timeless. Ashley and Joe are the best in the business. They have helped me through tough projects and are always available to help. The quality of the cabinets is superb and the customer service is second to none. I have had nightmares at other cabinet shops before I found Timeless. I would suggest anyone looking for quality at rock bottom prices to stop by Timeless and see what they have to offer. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. This week I will be ordering another kitchen!

The experience was excellent. My kitchen was quoted off my photos in minutes. I walked out with a quote in hand. Selection was excellent. I purchased a few weeks later. Measurements were verified at my house at no charge. Highly recommended store. The entire experience was painless.

I am a professional designer and have worked with dozens of kitchen companies in my 20 years working in Orlando. Timeless kitchen outlet is among the best out there. The quality of the product is excellent. I have done 3 projects with this co. The first 2 were the Bistro cabinet line which it the flagship. The cabinets are absolutely gorgeous. The 3rd project was very tight budget so we went with the Belmar line. Although explained to us as an entry level cabinet, the Belmar line was of VERY high quality. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff are skilled professionals. They find solutions to give my clients everything on their wish list but still stay in budget. I used my own installers on the first 2 and the contractor Timeless Kitchen Outlet referred on the last one due to scheduling. The level of craftsmanship was excellent.. Finding this company has made my job much easier. My clients have all had nothing but good things to say about Timeless Kitchen Outlet
