Time Buyer

In response to the complaint from *** let me first state that Timebuyer, Inc does not do the
final NYS inspectionAll vehicles sold have the final NYS safety inspection performed by
outside vendorsThis is to insure that a third party reviews the vehicle for final inspection before
delivery
to the customer
*** purchased a *** *** with roughly 85,miles on 03/31/This
vehicle came with the standard day 1,mile warranty*** also purchased a month
24,mile service plan that covers major engine and transmission failure only
***’s complaint about the check engine light was not covered under her service agreement
and she was out of warranty for her day 1,mile warrantyTimebuyer, in good faith, did try
to resolve the specific engine code issueWe spent many hours and money trying to resolve this
issue for herTo our knowledge this issue was not a safety or drivability issue
To resolve this complaint Timebuyer has, in good faith, allowed *** to trade in this vehicle
and purchase another vehicle of her choiceWe also canceled the remaining debt owed since the
trade in value did not pay off her contract balanceWe appreciate *** as a customer and hope
that we can continue the good relation that we have with her
