excellent customer service; tried getting a bike on line this summer. Time2shine was the only dealer that delivered. More importantly, very time I called, the owner (Matt) got on the phone. No other store did that. I either was never contacted or had to communicate via email. Am very happy with the service and the product

I had a great experience with time2shine and ordering my son a new 2021 cult bmx. They replied to all of my messages and provided the tracking number for my bike being shipped to CA. I will definitely consider doing business with them again.

Hi Ordered and payed for a BMX bike DK Pro on Nov 20. Did not get a confirmation mail of purchase. When I contacted the store they said bike will be shipped shortly and I was ok with that. A few days later I asked again about the order and got same answer. And he promised he would try ship the bike before cristmas. A few days laters I asked again if the bike has been shipped. aswer I got was the bike was out of stock. But still he promised the bike would be shipped. Have conversation documented. Then I asked him the refund the money so I could buy somewhere else. They said they would refund but didnt get a reciept or notification. Asked my bank if they could find the refund but nothing to be found. Asked several times for a reciept or ID number of the transaction so my swedish bank could try trace the order. All I got at first was just a simple Refund notice with no date or information. Today feb 29 I got a mail after I have asked several times. Now time and date of refund transaction was set to feb 20 and just a few numbers and no info on what bank he used for the refund... Dates doesnt add up. I dont belive they have made a refund at all.
Time 2 Shine refuses to deliver the gym bag I purchased or refund my money.

We tried to reach out on several occasions with no luck as the customer provided a nonworking number based out of Ohio with a shipping address that was in Texas. Raised flags for fraudulent activity, and then they never responded to emails or phone calls. Refund was done in full, and has been attached to this complaint. If this is a legit order, than I sincerely apologize and hope that we get a chance to do business in the future.

Yes, after being pursued by my credit card company and the Revdex.com, the company finally refunded my money.

Paid for product via money transfer and was never provided a tracking number to verify product had indeed been sent. Told product was returned but will not provide tracking number to verify. Six month process has led to individual taking my money not shipping product, and now offering a refund but will not pass on information related to this refund. Looking closer at google reviews would have helped as others are in the same boat with this company. Had acquaintances I trusted in common so I proceeded with my purchase on that premise, major mistake. Small community so hope that this review helps somebody avoid the same issues I have had.
This has been resolved. Customer was refunded in full and already collected his refund. This customer received a great price on this product. Very difficult to deal with. Lives out of country and asked me to ship to friends house in the USA. I did, package was returned for delivery as whatever the delivery address was, the receiver rejected it. *** took approximately 4 months to reach out for a refund. This is another reason that I can not produce a tracking number from 4 months ago. He received his refund within 7 business day of reaching out to me. I am surprised he had gas money to go pick up the refund. Glad this is over with. *** is *** was picked up by *** on 11/15/2017. A lesson to sellers that decide to sell to ***, make sure you ship it to his residence if he has one. Otherwise you will lose money on shipping and he will reach out to your sponsors and try. To destroy you on social media.
