Timbercreek Distributing

Timbercreek Distributing(Shane M owner/operator) was hired by us to transport boat and trailer from Courtenay BC to North Pole AK. Boat and trailer arrived April 24, 2020. The tongue on the trailer was severely bent (in my opinion because boat was improperly secured to trailer). Shane M assured us he would be responsible for repairing trailer. Shane emailed us June 4, 2020 and said he dropped tongue in Whitehorse Canada.The new tongue did not arrive to us in Alaska until June 24th which was 2 months after damaged trailer arrived. The earliest I could schedule an appointment to have new tongue installed at a trailer repair (White Spruce Trailers North Pole, Alaska) was July 2, 2020. My wife emailed the bill($1015.32) to [email protected] twice July 7 and 27, 2020. There was no response. I texted Shane M twice August 15 and 18, 2020 received no response either time. I am very frustrated as we were without the use of our new boat for well over 2 months plus over $1,000 which Mr. M assured us he would take care of.
