Terrible! He did not complete the work personal items were broke that were not replaced. He came over to my house demanding money and was VERY aggressive and threatened me if I posted a bad Revdex.com review. Stay away folks....
We hired Timber Tree to remove two dead Elm trees. They were grown into a chain-link fence, making it almost impossible for us to trim them ourselves. Troy came by and discussed our problem trees with us in a friendly and informed way. His estimate was reasonable, and so we asked him to send his crew the next day. Troy stayed in touch with us by phone, letting us know the trimmers were on their way.
The work took only a few hours, and by the end, the dead trees had been removed carefully and efficiently. Our back yard is decorated with plants and rick-a-brack which made safe removal of the trees difficult. The crew was extremely careful -- repeatedly warning each other and passersby that limbs were about to fall. The had the yard looking exactly as it did before they came in very short order. Troy was concerned that we were satisified with the work and we definitely were.
We strongly recommend Troy and his excellent crews. Timber Tree Service is a fair, honest, and extremely compentent tree trimming and removal service.
Troy and his crew helped me partially remove a dead tree that was dangerously leaning into the neighbors yard. The price was very reasonable (about 50% less than other bids) and they did an excellent job. They also cleaned up my yard fairly well. I am going to hire him again to remove the rest of the tree this spring.
I had a tree removed in December 2017 by Timber Tree Co. I was impressed with Troy. During the free estimate he showed up a couple minutes early from the scheduled time. I happen to like people showing up early or on time. During the free estimate, Troy wrote up a quote in about 6 to 10 minutes from what I recall. I had another service come and give me free estimate. They did not deliver me a quote for the next two days and were roughly $600 more expensive than Troy. At this point I already knew whom I wanted to go with. I called Troy and accepted his offer.
Troy and his crew needed about a day and a half to cut and remove branches then cut down the remainder of the large maple in my front yard. The tree was completely gone by about noon on the second day. On day one and day two Troy set a start time of 10:00 A.M. but on both occasions showed up early. Again, this was something that I valued.
I have already posted this to Facebook for my friends to see but I also felt I needed to let the public know as well. Over all a very professional experience in my opinion.
