Timber Creek ( Cathy [redacted]) came to my house to let me know I might have had hail damage from last August. After a thorough inspection I was told I have a claim. I notified my home owners to come out to investigate. My agent agreed with Timber Creeks assessment. I was given the o.k. to have my roof and gutters replaced. I decided to have Cathy take care of the claim. She handled everything from working with my agent to bringing crews to do the work. The entire process was done professionally and quickly. My roof and gutters have been replaced with quality products (Owens-Corning shingles and 3"×4"gutters). The whole process took only two weeks. I was not only pleased but surprised. A job this big done quickly and with excellent workmanship. The crews Cathy had do the work I would recommend to anyone who wants a job well done. Thanks Timber Creek.

TCB Restoration, a subsidiary of Timber Creek Builders, went door to door in Merrill, WI several weeks ago with a handout offering free roof inspections and estimates from a recent hail storm in the area. I contacted the individual listed on the accompanying card and scheduled a visit. When the TCB representative arrived and I asked for the free estimate, he stated that they only work with the home owner's insurance company and that his boss had instructed him not to do inspections or give estimates to the home owner. The handout that they distributed did not mention anything about only working with the insurance companies. I believe that this is misrepresentation of this companies advertising and services.

I was every excited to see that Timber Creek Builders had a A+ rating that is why I signed with them. They did a wonderful job on my roof, but once the roof was done it seemed like so was their work! They had told me from start to finish the project would take about six weeks.... We are now going on eleven! The work that is left to be done my husband and I will be doing or finding someone else!!!! Every disappointed !!!!!!!!!!
