Timber Buddy

I purchased product from this company, I ordered it online and paid for it. I ordered 11/6/2019 and have never received the items purchased. I've called and emailed numerous times with no response. I left voice mail as no one answered the phone. I had purchased from them before and was satisfied with the products and the service. They still have a web page up with the ability to purchase products. I've reported this to the payment service I used (***). I spent $42.45, not a lot of money, but feel very taken advantage of from this company.
