[redacted] purchased a 2006 Suzuki XL7 on June 23, 2015. At the time of purchase she signed an AS-IS paper pertaining to the vehicle. [redacted] used a 2006 Yamaha Bayou 220 and a six foot black trailer as a trade in for...

her down payment. She was given $950 dollars as her trade in actual cash value. She signed a bill of sale for the trade in as well as acknowledgment of the $950 to be applied as her down payment on her vehicle. [redacted] also signed her retail purchase agreement that states that nothing is owed, nothing is promised and nothing is implied by the seller. On July 2nd, 2015 [redacted] was reimbursed for two tires for the vehicle that she paid for up front as a good faith measure by our company. She called back three weeks later after the purchase asking for more items on the car to be fixed. At that time we explained to her that she did buy the vehicle as-is and we were not going to be able to help her with any of the repairs. [redacted] financed her vehicle through Credit Acceptance which is an outside finance company and is in no way affiliated with Tim Thomas Motors. There for we cannot make any decision on her account with Credit Acceptance due to the fact that they own the collateral and the account. [redacted] is a subcontractor of Tim Thomas Motors who handles our marketing. We in no way posted any information about [redacted] or her husband on our page a third party person who absolutely has no affiliations with our company posted the information. After receiving the complaint we contacted Mike about the post and he informed us that the person who posted the information obtained the records from the Oklahoma online court network system. Customer's husband called in left a message for a return call from [redacted] regarding his wife's account, and [redacted] returned Mr. [redacted] call. We are not going to return any cash because there was no cash put down as a down payment there was only trade-ins. Best Regards Tim Thomas Motors. He told me that he would take the items for down payment he also sild the 4 wheeler for 850.00. [redacted] akso told me that he would take care of the a.c. in the car and every time I went by he always had an excesses. [redacted] his office girl also told me that they could fix the car but they were booked. This is the worse auto car sales place ever. I know several people that have had the same issue with this company and I will have them contact Revdex.com very soon. If [redacted] does not want to give me the down payment back than I will take the items back.

We sold you the car using Credit Acceptance to fund your account. They own your account not Tim Thomas Motors. We(Tim Thomas Motors)can not make a decision on the vehicle in question. We provide all customers with a We-Owe, if any repairs are to be don after the sale. If you can provide one we will gladly take care of the issue you are having. If you do not have a We-Owe we will not be able to help you in this matter. We have all our customers sign an As-Is form which you did. We consider the matter closed.

Tim Thomas Motors is having his employees call [redacted] saying that they own credit acception the financial service I called them and he does not this goes to show how poor Tim Thomas Motors is ran and very unprofessional business. This place needs to be shut down
