Tim Hortons

I ordered my usual coffee and more on March 7/22. It was not busy. No excuse for serving an “old coffee and an old donut etc. an hour or more later. I felt so sick. The Tim Hortons shouldn’t have been more careful to the customer. Re: Cleanliness and or sick staff. Was most definitely the culprit. It’s been 7 days since attending that coffee shop and I am still ill. With doctors advice today. A week later I should change to a bland diet which I did right after incident. consuming their products. In case of a bug or bacterial infection brought on by their staff and or serving old spoiled food. And cleanliness etc. I had to dish out money for the bland diet 7 days and missed work. All because of their ignorance. I was offered no explanation and I was offered a free lunch. After I got so ill! Unprofessional to say the least. L.s

Worst customer service - Tim Hortons at Emress Walk (8 Hill Crest Avenue) in North York. Their head office should read the reviews about this particular location and retrain the employees and the management.
