Good Afternoon!This is in response to complaint [redacted] filed 03/07/2016. I went to Matt's Vintage Motorcycle shop to see if there were any postings on the window or door & maybe find a phone# or a way to contact him. There were several people in the parking lot so I...
asked if anyone knew Matt [redacted], one gentlemen told me that he was the owner of the building where the shop was. When I explained the situation he said there were a few motorcycles left in the storage yard & took me to look at what was left there. My motorcycle was one of the motorcycles left in the yard. I was told by the owner he couldn't let me take the motorcycle before he talked to Matt. After contacting Matt he told me to get my motorcycle & any parts I could find that were mine, no parts were found. When I got home Matt called & told me where the parts were & I could go back to the shop & get them whenever I wanted too. So I will be going backtomorrow to get all of my things. Since my motorcycle has been returned I would like to have this case closed.Thank You for your assistance.
I do not appreciate being called a liar!!!!!! I mailed it last Friday! I would imagine the mail is busy due to the holidays. Thank you,Dawn
I apologize to Mr. [redacted] for this bad experience. Yes, if the donut has been freshly made they are sticky and the staff should know to put in a box to prevent this. I would be happy to send Mr [redacted] a $5 Tim Card so that he may go get another donut.With apologies,Dawn M[redacted]Owner
This not our first encounter with Mr. [redacted]. He has made numerous complaints at both my restaurants. He has received numerous gift cards to date. I just do not feel like there is a way to make him happy. He never asks for a manager when he is in the store and only mails...
in complaints later. This makes it difficult to address his many issues.
