was a sold out night. Guest came to front desk but did not ask to check out and asked for any refund. An apology email was sent to her accordingly. As per our GSR, Mrs. [redacted] was not too happy with the place. She was told that we have security cameras through out the hotel. If she decided to check out from the hotel that night we would have given her refund, but she stayed in the hotel. At this time ,we are unable to provide her any refund.
