Tim was recommended to me about 6 weeks ago. My central system suddenly stopped cooling. Called a couple of "recommended" companies who told me my system needed replacement and gave me $$$quotes. A neighbor told me to call Tim......He came to condo on a Saturday evening, did a thorough check up on everything and found I needed a switch on the compressor unit...... said everything else was working just fine and I did not need a new system! Replaced the "switch" gave me a very low bill and I've had cold air ever since with no problems. He could have given me a low estimate for a replacement and I wouldn't have known the difference.
Instead --- he was honest, saw the problem, fixed it on a Sat. night and gave me the most reasonable $ rate for a repair of any company I've worked with in 30 years! AND on a weekend!! I've recommended him to my neighbors.

Tim has been taking care of my units for over 15 years now and never had a problem with him! He is honest with his pricing and always comes back right away if there is another problem. Would not go any where else!

Rushed through the job without the proper diagnosis or fix. Came out twice, finally called someone else who took the time to diagnose the problem correctly of a relay switch. Paid Donovan $160 in 2 trips to not have the unit fixed, not have the courtesy of spending more than 10 minutes looking for the problem. Will never call again.
