We did take for granted that the previous Plumber that did the Boiler install For this Customer, did it to code and best practices as my company doesAnd Follows all updated Plumbing and safety Codes when installing a Gas BoilerMy serviceman took it for granted that there was a Stainless Steel
liner installed at time of the new Boiler Installation as stated in Her complaintSo the Only time the spill switch would pop is when you have a faulty automatic damper , and that's the part my serviceman replacedYes the damper was burnt out from a dirty chimney and No LINER was Installed As PER Gas CodeHe did Check the Boiler safety switch and was workingWe would leave No family in DangerWe also Changed a Toilet Fill Valve there for $and haven't received payment for that as as of Today,5/*/17.Were Just confused why the Customer is making a Complaint with you on 4/**/Looking for a full Refund when they Did a Full Chargeback on the Credit card on 4/*/and was awarded a full from us????They still do have a balance for the Toilet repair we did and we did lose out on the $factory Replacement boiler part that we replacedAgain we did learn a lesson about other peoples work....Again they were already refunded A Full Refund, we can Scan u Copy of The Charge Back if you need it,Thx again....Received a Free Damper, Received a free Toilet Fill Valve...We do try our Best...Please let me know if we can be any more assistance to you...Thx again
