I have resolved my complaint with Tilton Automotive, however, due to my son being out of state we are not able to get the items installed until a later datethe owner has agreed to replace what was stolen from the vehicleI was out of town dealing with family medical emergencyThanks

Mr***,Please accept my apology for the for the delay of the repair to your speedometerWe have received the speedometer cable, however, an investigation with the parts we currently have, I believe at this time that my technician reinstalled the original speedometer geared combination which
would not correct the problemThis is an internal failure of communication with my technicianI wish to have the opportunity to fix the speedometerMay we call you for a return appointment?
