Tile Temptations of Florida

I have never been more ripped off in my entire 53 years.

The owner, Mike, charged us DOUBLE the retail price for a tile we ordered more of from Seller's Tile. This was discovered after we had endured four inconvenient job delays because he had not measured correctly; and, delivered less than we needed in those four spaces. He also ordered and charged us for twice the material we needed for two other spaces.

Who knows how much more he gouged us for. And, he never accepted responsibility for any of his mistakes. We paid dearly in material and extra delivery charges.

Then, when he failed to source and deliver on what turned out to be a remnant marble under order, he refused to credit us for the pre-charge.
