Suffice to say I am taken aback and surprised that you opted to pursue this avenue, especially in light of the fact that the very reason your pool had issues is as a direct result of you not paying your outstanding balances in a timely manner. are aware all our balances are due upon receipt, which is reflected in the documentation that you signed when you started using our services. I am currently out of the office, but If my memory serves you currently have 3 outstanding invoices, some of which are 6 months past due. Per our billing system I am able to see that you had  received and viewed these invoices months ago. Had you paid these in a timely manner we would not find ourselves in the situation we now do. You are correct, we did stop servicing your pool. Per our standard business practice we did notify you on several occasions regarding your outstanding balances and I have a response from you stating that you intended to pay your balance. Stopping service is a last resort and we felt this was prudent  in light of non payment etc. While it is unfortunate that you had to deal with a sick relative out of town, that does not excuse your fiduciary responsibility to pay your balances in a timely manner, or at least respond to an email/call that you were out of town etc.I am not looking to get into a long drawn out protracted disagreement as I don’t think it would serve either party. I respectfully believe that Levco did absolutely nothing wrong, with that said and in the spirit of trying to come to a resolution and avoid having to place your account in collections etc I will agree to reduce your balance by 25%, on the condition you agree to not besmirch my company on social media or in any forum. This will make make your revised balance $744. As an FYI we do accept all major credit cards.I hope and trust that this offer is acceptable and that this offer can serve as a path way for resolution.
