Tile Installation Experts

I hired ***, the owner of Tile Installation, LLC, to remodel 2 bathrooms with tile and plumbing, and install new tile in laundry room and additional half bathroom. I worked with *** throughout the process providing instructions, identifying issues, and asking for corrections. I was assured that those items would be addressed prior to completing the job. However, upon completion, several of the items are still sub-par. The list of problems includes: Major plumbing leak in new bathtub drain damaged sheetrock and new paint, both shower valves installed out of alignment, tub spout installed crooked, shower spout installed crooked, shower valves plugged with construction debris, toilet installed crooked, stub-out plumbing not installed at all (was included in scope), tile lines not straight in new shower, tile on 1st floor laid the wrong direction, tile cuts in second bathroom not sufficient on edges to be covered by trim, mounting screws for valve protrude the back side of the drywall. These items were identified through the course of construction. *** did not correct as assured.
