On February **, I replied to an email from Ozzy via phone call, in regards to a tattoo inquiryI was told that it is required for me to give a $deposit prior to scheduling an appointmentI offered to pay with my credit card, but was told "*** only", so I sent $via *** friends/family option as directedThe next morning I texted Ozzy to make sure he recieved payment, which he verifiedHe then asked what type of tattoo I would be getting and I said that I inquired about a Polynesian style tattoo and upon explaining further details, Ozzy replied, "*** *** *** *** *** ***"When I asked how I would go about getting a refund I was told, "** *** ** *** ** ** ** *** ** ***" Being that this all happened within less than hours, the right thing to do would be to refund my money, which he never did
