*** *** purchased animal hats from our TigerTradeHe purchased these hats to dropship to other customersWe shipped him the hats in a timely fashionOnce a buyer purchases goods from our company, they own the goods and there are no returns or refunds, unless we have an agreement in
place for late or damaged goods.
The buyer was on vacation and did not dropship the hats he purchased on time, so his orders were cancelled by his customerAs a result, he attempted to return the hats to our supplier without any discussion with our company or supplier and knowing that we have a "no returns" policyHe then sent the hats to a location where the supplier is no longer located and we have no knowledge of where these hats are*** *** is *** *** of these hats and we are not responsible for issuing a refund to himWe ship hundreds of thousands of goods every month and have had no issues.
We do not owe a refund due to the fact:
1) we do not accept returns or issue refunds for goods, except in circumstances where goods are damaged or ship late by our supplier, and these issues have been discussed and agreed upon in advance;
2) it is not our company's responsibility if a buyer is late on his own shipments;
3) the goods were shipped to a location that is not known or familiar to us and neither our company or the supplier has the goods in their possession at this time

Review: This company is very very fishy!! We Started doing business with them for about 5 months and the last goods we bought from them were animal hats!,and I told them not to deposit the payment until we make sure the order goes through with the company they introduced us to. They went ahead and cashed out the check same day!! At the end the orders disappeared and we returned the merchandise to them/There supplier and they don't want to give me a refund ! They said they have a no refund policy! They don't even have a Policy I will show you the invoiceDesired Settlement: All im asking is for a refund please help me out
