Per our phone conversation last week, I am responding to the referenced complaint that was place regarding DSW Homes, LLCI am very familiar with this homeowner* *** *** and have been involved in the elevation process of her home located at *** *** *** ** *** *** As specified in the
n behalf of the *** Program, *** ** *** acts as the Program Administrator*** Cohas been very involved with the construction process and Ms***’s concernsDSW Homes has met with Ms*** and *** at the home multiple times to discuss these concerns listed in here complaintI have brought this formal complaint to the attention of *** and the State of New Jersey Department of Community of Affairs (DCA)*** and DCA have contacted Ms*** and requested a meeting with them at the *** officeThe intention is to try and clarify the concerns with her floor system and scope of workThe scope of work on the home has been completed and we know of no outstanding items on the home that need to be addressedMs*** told *** yesterday that she would have to look at her schedule for next week and get back with them on her availabilityAt this point *** is waiting to hear back from Ms***I would like to update you after this meetingHopefully I will be able to tell you that this has been resolved. I am rejecting this response because:The scope of work is not completedThere are many more repairs that have yet to be corrected and completed on my homeI do have a meeting with *** *** *** * director and my attorneyI will update you on the results of this meeting
