Original agreement signed 4/16/2013 and 50% down paid. Elevator installed but never completed to my satisfaction for several reasons including promise to replace leaking canopy, place a ramp on the ground level, and so on. Elevator has still to be inspected and approved.Received an invoice today (01/04/2014) even including a finance charge of $715.12. Interestingly their first invoice arrived one day after the workmen left (05/22/2013) and it didn't even have a canopy on it!Product_Or_Service: external elevatorDesired SettlementCompletion of project to my satisfaction, removal of the audacious finance charge, and a written apology.
