I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would hope this company would do better in listening to customer concernsI wish we could continue using this company as it is the most convenient option I have in dry cleaning but when you lose trust it is very difficultMy husband would like to give them another chance but I have to look at other dry cleaning options as my clothing coming back with stains after I have sent it out to be laundered is concerningI am also hoping they are not picking up dirty laundry and dropping off cleaned laundry at the same time as it concerns me that my laundered clothing is being transported with someone's dirty clothing, which could be carrying germs and or pestsRegards, *** ***

I am responding to a customer experience of *** *** at our Tide Dry Cleaners location in Pickerington Ohio. We have refunded the $back to the customer and have spoken to them and resolved the matter. We consider the matter closed, please let us know if there is anything else

We have already resolved this complaint by giving the consumer the money for the item, and we refunded her the cleaning charges
