We have contacted this customer and will comply with his request today despite that it is clearly stated in our buyers terms and conditions We state clearly that "fees are never refundable" We understand that it is not the buyers fault for the show cancellation but it is not ours either I've talked to the promoters of the event and he agrees that we should satisfy this buyer We will refund him $today Given this, please be sure that this complaint clears our account, we cannot afford a bad mark on our flawless BB reputation Ed S***

I accept the terms that Tickets to Buy will refund me $17.70. It also contest that nowhere on the ticket does it clearly state that processing fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation
It states that Rain or Shine the show will go on and Processing Fees are never refunded. This issue doesn’t fall into either category. Thanks
