Tickets to Buy

Review: I purchased tickets for the August 11 [redacted] show at Innsbrook After Hours. I paid $78 for 4 tickets. $15 per ticket and $18 in service fees. The show was cancelled by the Artist and ticket holders were advised to contact Tickets to Buy for a refund. When my credit card was refunded it was only for the cost of the 4 tickets ($60).

I called today to inquire about the $18 and I was told processing fees are never refunded. This is ridiculous. I didn't get to see the show as it was cancelled and not due to my own issues.

I feel that I should be on the hook for fees for a cancelled show. I should entitles to a full refund including any fees. The artist should have to pay those fees nit the consumer. My order number for these tickets was 245523.

I would appreciate it someone could call me. ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like the $18 in processing fees refunded to me.

We have contacted this customer and will comply with his request today despite that it is clearly stated in our buyers terms and conditions. We state clearly that "fees are never refundable". We understand that it is not the buyers fault for the show cancellation but it is not ours either. I've talked to the promoters of the event and he agrees that we should satisfy this buyer. We will refund him $17.70 today. Given this, please be sure that this complaint clears our account, we cannot afford a bad mark on our flawless BB reputation. Ed S[redacted]

I accept the terms that Tickets to Buy will refund me $17.70. It also contest that nowhere on the ticket does it clearly state that processing fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. It states that Rain or Shine the show will go on and Processing Fees are never refunded. This issue doesn’t fall into either category. Thanks
