tickets-center appears to be the presenting venue when in fact they're a ticket scalper. they charged 4 times face (street) value for tickets readily available from the theater. in addition they charged a $60 service fee plus fees for issuing e-tickets (which are free from the theater).

when I attempted to cancel or speak to anyone, I was referred to either a voice prompt loop that said 'no refunds'.

what a sleazy outfit. I'll never do business with them again and I've lodged a complaint with my credit card company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They charged me $605 for 2 tickets that should have been $249. Then would not let me cancel the order because of a mistake. They are crooked and will rob you.

This website disguises itself on line as the box office for the event and inflates the ticket prices three times the face value. (Even when the actual box office has plenty of tickets at face value)
They refuse any refund!!!!
Stay clear of these crooks!!!
