I called the customer service line, because I found out I need emergency surgery and will be unable to attend the concert I purchased the tickets for in July.
I was calling to see what could be done whether that was a refund, or credit to use towards a for future purchase. I told the associate I spoke with, I could provide all the proof they needed (to show them it wasn’t a scam). I was then told to sell my ticket via a third-party selling agent because they could not refund the cost of my tickets. I then asked the associate if they could at least credit me for future purchase. To which she replied, no.
I then asked, since she was unable to assist me with what I needed, to speak with a manager. She told me there was no one there for me to speak to. She was the only one that I could speak to. I told her I found that very odd, there should be a Director or supervisor in which you escalate these types of situations to who have the authority to process a Credit or refund. The woman then told me again that she was the only one I could speak to.
Since I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere with that, I then asked the woman if there was another number that I could get to their corporate office, so that I could try and speak to somebody. The woman again said to me they don’t have access to that information there is no one for me to speak to beyond her. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because this is a real life situation in which if it wasn’t happening, I would happily attend the concert however, that’s not the situation in this case
I have never worked with a company in which if there is an emergency such as this that they are not willing to work with you on some level. Hopefully someone at the company will read this and reach out to help rectify the situation, but I will never purchase tickets with this particular company ever again.

was closed to spectators due to COVID 19 Pandemic. Tickets are useless for this event.
I purchased 2 general admission tickets to the *** to be held in ***. on June 27, 2020 as Christmas gifts on 12/21/19 through The Travelers Championship website. My order number is ***. The order was processed through my debit card for $145.50 on my account number *** at the ***. The event is no longer open to spectators due to COVID 19 and Governor *** executive order limiting the number of individuals at a gathering. I have received a credit voucher in the amount of $160.05 (credit code ***) for a future event purchase to be used "before the expiration date" with no expiration date given. I am requesting either credit for tickets to the *** for the Saturday or Sunday of the event in 2021 or a refund for my purchase price as I have no use for a voucher which must be used by an unspecified date.
