The guest was contacted the week of May 23rd and was advised that the manager was no longer associated with this hotel and she was awarded a night's stay credit and she was satisfied with that Dhiren P [redacted] Managing Member
it was replied by the wrong place the Finks rV repair in first is whare the incident happened saying when asked about repair they first said they could get to my repair the 1st of December, then after that I said good deal and my warrenty should cover the cost at that time then I was refused service because of their policy of refusing to work on RVs of the same brand and model repair on warrenty work , so the issue is if I never told them that I had a warrenty then they was willing then to work on my RV in weeks , so its very clear that their back log wasnt only then weeks out
This is the first we have seen of this complaint Not sure if you have the wrong address and/or email address We do sell new Forest River campers thru our dealership, Fink's Used Cars, Merriam Street, Zanesville, OH We do repair work and sell accessories at Fink's Custom Vans, Maysville Pike, Zanesville, OH on campers Campers we sell directly through our dealership do take priority for set up, delivery, service work and repairs at Fink's Custom Vans We also do have only one tech at that location so our back log is usually pretty long with regard to appointments The customer is more than welcome to contact Frank at Fink's Custom Vans to schedule the earliest appointment available (740) 454- There could be a possibility of getting an appointment sooner than we may be able to accommodate at the Forest River dealership where he purchased it from as I'm sure they do same thing we do with priority customers on units sold Tashia FinkFink's Used Cars [redacted] @yahoo.com740-453-
