We then drove hours back to our office after office hours to re-send them to herWhen we resent the tickets, she stated that she now received them but could not make the show because she lives in Vancouver - something she could have told us before we drove back to the officeSince the goods/services were provided- we did not issue a refundHowever, we told her that we would be more than happy to provide a significant discount on her next order

The money has been refunded. Please have her call her credit card company, not sure what else we can do.

I NEVER responded with 'maybe they went to my spam folder.' They asked me to check my spam folder, which I already had, and I took a photo and sent it to them that there was NO response from them. They did NOT send the tickets until the DAY OF the concert. I was checking very regularly for the tickets and had not received them. They also texted me on Friday the [redacted] and said they would be refunding the money on Monday the 19th and then did not send the money. I still have the text message.
