Ticketsharp is a resale vender of tickets. We ordered concert tickets on 1/11/2020. Received email confirmation/receipt from Ticketsharp stating the tickets would be sent via email when the seller receives them. It also stated the seller has until 6/24/2020 to send the tickets.
On 1/14/2020, received email from Ticketsharp stating the tickets have been transferred to my email address and I would receive a separate email on how to access the tickets via a link. The email stated the separate email might go to spam/junk filter so check there.
We never received the separate email with the link to access the tickets. The original email on 1/14/2020 stated if we did not receive the separate email to contact the seller of the tickets. I tried emailing them, but no response.
On 1/16/2020, I called the seller number provided (XXX) XXX-XXXX and spoke to a rep. He stated he would submit a request for the tickets to be transferred again and it would take 24-48 hours for the re-transfer.
On 1/17/2020, to be safe, I contacted Ticketsharp to explain what had happened. The rep at Ticketsharp said he could see where the tickets were released and confirmed a re-release had been requested. Again, confirmed 24-48 hours until a new email would arrived.
Today is 1/20/2020, 6 days later, and still no email transferring the tickets. I contacted the ticket seller. This time the rep stated he cannot guarantee the email would be re-sent. He said a request was made, but there are no guarantees. I asked if this means I am out $400+. I asked to speak with a manager. He put me on hold, but nobody picked up.
I called Ticketsharp and explained what happened. The rep stated the seller has until 6/24/2020 to provide the tickets even though the account states the "ticket transfer complete". I expressed concern that the ticket transfer shows "ticket transfer complete", even though that's not the case. The rep could not explain.
In my opinion, the ticket transfer is NOT complete, as we don't have tickets.

Delivery I want our concert tickets. Ticketsharp or the actual seller of the tickets needs to re-send the ticket transfer email with necessary link to access the tickets to ***@hotmail.com.
