Review: They did not explain the terms and conditions before I paid for their services and wont refund my money without any signed documents of me agreeing.

They did not explain the terms and conditions before I paid for their service , after I paid for their service , that's when I received documents explaining the process of their service, when did they not explain before I paid. Now they will not give me a refund because I do not want to got threw with their service, they did not explain anything to me before I paid , I believe that's bad business to send documents after I paid and then they cant even get my money back . When I tried to talk to supervisor they did kept saying that its policy that there are no cancellation .Desired Settlement: 249.00

Review: on august [redacted] 2013 I filled an application for house violation removal for my 4 house violations however the company failed to removed the violations , the company and I signed a contract stating that if the violation are not removed I will receive my refund back of $2100 dollars.So far the owner ([redacted]) refuses to pay me my refund which is rightfully and lawfully mineDesired Settlement: I would like my refund back for the amount of $2100 which is lawfully mine
