At present I am a very satisfied customer with the 24 month contract being on a fixed income. This would not be because of a glitch in your procedure, because it put me in a 12 month contract, not the 24 as I wanted and was ready to terminate from Dish. Mike owner of Quality TV located in North Port, FL became aware of the dilemma and promised to solve the problem. Mike called Dish and Me on a conference call and we spoke to 5 or 6 reps and their supervisors for a long length of time. A simple, cancel old contract and renew a new contract would be a quick solution, because of Mike's long time and determination solved the issue.
His two techs that came out, Justin and Tony, did an excellent job in a neat and workmanship manner.
Because of Mike, Quality TV and his staff I am now a satisfied Dish customer and gladly recommend anyone to Dish.
