Today I arrived at my appointment for a "leap" which was set back at the end of Janupon arriving they advised me I had to speak to the business officeThe business officer advised I had to pay for my colonoscopy! I said I am not here for a colonoscopy I am here for a "leap"She cheerfully said oh well that is even more expensive! I told her I did not have the funds because no one called me to let me know in the month and a half they had to advise me that I had to have that kind of moneyI put the clipboards down and told her I could not pay for it but thank you and walked out of the office
I called and spoke with "Diane" (after being hung up when I asked for the office manager) who told me they did not have a good number for me? I asked how she called me if she didn't have a good number for me? **crickets** then she said oh I see we have your number but someone didn't enter it in ( ie we dropped the ball ) she asked can you give us a postdated check I said yesShe said let me call you back which she did and said Dr.Maurizio Glasso refuses to do the procedure because I was rude to his office person! Well I will be sending them a bill for two hours of my time that they wasted because they did not do what they should have done to begin with
