This so called business is a total rip-off! I ordered four face masks from them over a month ago. Nothing. No refund no delivery Not even a response until I threatened Reporting to Revdex.com! They owe me 119.96!
They are processing payments for products but they never actually send the product
On January 22 I ordered some spice racks through an instagram site. I paid $57 with my credit card. My order # is XXXXX. I've contacted the company through email asking about where my product is, also asking if I could just cancel because it was taking them too long to ship. They responded I could not cancel once it was shipped, then someone else responded I could not cancel once it was processed. I still have not received any shipment email nor actual product.
I'd like a refund and cancellation of the order.

I ordered 2 rugs on 12/26. Shipping was expected in 4 to 6 weeks. No one ever contacted me about a delay. On 2/23 I emailed about a status. I received a response that basically said my order was on hold due to coronavirus and to give them a week to figure it out. Still no one followed up. On 3/11 and 3/13 I told the company that I am uncomfortable receiving product that may be contaminated or unsanitary. They have refused to refund my money for an item that has clearly not been shipped or possibly not even been created. Since there is no current end I sight for this
pandemic, I would like my money refunded and not take any chances receiving a product from an infected area.
I want a full refund.
My order has been delayed indefinitely and the company will not cancel my order and give me a refund.
I submitted an order on 2/5/20 and never received an order confirmation. I reached out asking for one and they finally responded on 2/11/20 with the number and a message that they were having shipping issues and to give them a week to figure it out and provide a shipping date. Every week since then I've received the same copy and pasted email that they are experiencing delays and can't provide a shipping date. I've repeatedly asked for my order to be canceled and refunded and they respond with the same email over and over. This has been over a month now and I just want my money refunded to me. According to the FTC, if there is a shipping delay, the company must provide a new estimated date and the chance for a refund. They have done neither of these.

BAIT AND SWITCH: Ordered an item online and they messaged me that night and told me it was out of stock. Offered to replace it with a far inferior product that sells for 5% of the price elsewhere online as the item advertised.
I asked them to cancel order and they told me they would only replace with other item or offer a store credit. However the item I ordered (now 3 days ago) is still listed for sale on the website. Clearly this is a routine business practice for them.

Refund I would like my order canceled and my card to be refunded.
On January 20, 2020 I ordered 2 expandable spice racks from Thunder labs. I was told they would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. I have tried to reach them via phone without any success. They have contacted me via email. Their last email stated that the product comes from China & due to the Coronavirus, it was undetermined when my order might be processed. I have requested my money back, since they charged me as soon as I ordered my spice racks. Most reputable companies do not process payment until shipment of the merchandise. Please make your vendors/customers/general public aware of this company. My belief is that they are scam artists!

Billing Adjustment I would like my money back!
First the shipping is not conspicuous on the website. I had inquired as to my order, no response. Requested a refund, again no response.
On February 27, 2020 I ordered 2 anti-flu face masks for $31.98 order #:***. I never knew what the estimated shipping time was. I sent an email on March 3, 2020 inquiring as to a status update on my order. I emailed the email listed as the contact us which is the same email address I received my confirmation from. I never received any response. I emailed March 6, 2020, requesting a refund for the aforementioned order. Again, no response. I am tired of going without a response when I know others that ordered from the same business and are now having issues with their orders as well.
I would like a full refund in the amount of $31.98 credited to my card.
I fell for an Instagram Ad by them and ordered an item there. After a couple of weeks, I've still not received any kind of tracking code for the shipment and they also don't respond to any emails.
Now I've also found out, that this store is linked with known business called ***, which also appeared to be negative on the Revdex.com.
