I purchased my car a month ago when I got it , they needed to replace the tires they didn’t want to do so . Also , I had someone look at it they told the transmission is going out they told me I couldn’t get my car back till I got my insurance . The next day I got insurance. Couple days later I I drove to Houston to visit family. Stayed a couple of days my payment was due the next Monday . That Tuesday the came and got my car left me stranded where I was at before I could even pay my car payment . They are very rude , when I called they acted as if they had no idea what happened to my car . They also hung up in my face . They complained about me not having license but they knew I didn’t before they sold me my car . I am just wanting to be Reimbursed for the suffering I had to go threw just to find away back home .
She came and bought the car and the down payment was $1000 and she only had $800. I worked with her and told her if she made her first 3 payments on time we would work with her. The car was sold as-is and she was aware of that. A week after she took the car, she told me a couple of tires was low. She went to my tire guy and I paid for two new tires. She told me something was wrong with the transmission. I told her if something was wrong I would replace the transmission or get her into a new car. I called her on her payment date. She told me about another tire. I told her no problem and I would have the tire changed. She told me she was far away and couldn't get it done at the shop I sent her to before. I told her she could get it done where she was and I would take the amount off her payment. She hung up on me. I called her and she wouldn't answer for three days. I took the car because she wouldn't make the payment. I got the car and her mom told me she needed to get her stuff out of the car. I told her no problem, come in and they could get it. She drove the car 4500 miles because she went to Houston three times. She didn't want to make the payment.

I am rejecting this response because:
This statement are not entirely true . The came and got my car the same day my payment was due , and I was also told I had 3 days after before it was considered late . There were complications since day one . They don’t handle there business very well nor do they communicate very well . I shouldn’t have to pay to fix stuff on my car or new tires when I just got it that should have been already done .
