Thru My Eyes Photography

Review: We booked thru my eyes photography for our wedding. Our wedding was June 22, 2013. We paid for a package that includes several thugs such as $150 credit towards photo, and photo album, and a slide show DVD. We have not received any of that and we paid her in full before the wedding. We cannot get ahold of her through phone, email, or facebook. I have tried going to her studio and she was not that and have left a message with other people for her to contact me.Desired Settlement: We want our photos, photo album, and DVD slide show which we have paid for all of it.

Review: I took my son in for his one year pictures on June 6, 2014. After nagging for quite awhile, I did receive my cd about 3 weeks later. It is now November 5th and I have yet to receive the pictures that I ordered. She had excuse after excuse after excuse about why I have not received them when she did answer my texts, emails, and calls. However, she usually ignored them altogether. It was only after I left her a message indicating that I would be filing a complaint that she responded at all. She did send me a packet of pictures in September, but they are not the ones I ordered. She ignored any email, text, or call I made after that and she has not followed through on the products promised.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered. I also wanted to alert other possible customers about the poor customer service and the failure to receive products promised and paid for. I am not the first one to file a complaint, so this is not out of the ordinary for this company.
