Throne of Strings

Review: On December [redacted] my son, [redacted], placed an order on line for two white leather kits from Throne of Strings. The merchandise was to have been sent via USPS that week to arrive before Christmas. We emailed them December **requesting a status and they said they had run out of merchandise and were trying to process and mail orders as soon as possible. The problem is they charged our Debit Card $48.26 on December **, the day we placed the order and never mailed the merchandise. To date we have received nothing.We have contacted them numerous times and have been told we would receive the order in a few days and so far nothing has arrived. We have now asked for a total refund and they have not returned phone calls or emails. At this point I am demanding a full refund.Desired Settlement: Credit to my credit card for $48.26
