I ordered a gas tankWhen I received it I noticed that it looked to have a defective area, like it had been patched or somethingI contacted them about it to make sure it wasn't a defective tank, and was told that it was part of the manufacturing process About week later I went to install the tank on my bike, when I realized that it didn't fit rightThere is not enough clearance to turn the handlebars completelyI contacted the company and they said they needed proof, so I took some pictures of the tank on the bikeThey then requested proof of the bike, to prove the make and modelI sent them the VIN number, and I even shot a short video to show them it was the same bikeI wanted several days and heard nothingWhen I contacted them they indicated that they had to 'contact the manufacturer'Still I waited another week and I called againI was now told that I would have to pay a re-stocking fee, which I told them I was unwilling to doOn their website it clearly indicates

I ordered a gas tank on March 6th, after a week went by I never got a email with a tracking number, So I called on March 14th, talked with a sales rep, he said that the tracking info isnt released until the product is shipped out from IMS Products, I told him that I needed the tank by the 16th or 17th, So he called IMS to see when the tank was going to be shipped out, they said it will be shipped out on the 16th, That didnt work for me, I needed one sooner than that, I asked him if I could just cancel the order seems that it hadnt shipped out yet, He said YES and I should see a credit on my card with 24-hours, So on the 16th I got a email saying the tank has shipped, thought that was funny because I canceled the order, So I called in on the 17th to make sure everything was taken care of, the sale rep I talked to this time looked up the order and said nothing was canceled, I told him my story about calling in, he asked if I had the sales guys name, I didnt......I figured they had

I ordered a Clarke over-sized gas tank for my DRZ400s motorcycle from justgastanksThis tank was supposed to bolt right on as an exact fitI followed the instructions provided but had to trim the tab down that my seat hooks onto as it was too longI then finished installing it and filled itI then went to start my bike and the choke lever does not clear the new tankI have to pull on the side of the tank to allow me to choke the bikeSince my bike requires two hands to start it, I need a third to pull on the tank to use the chokeI tried contacting their customer service and they tried to refer me to Clarke as they're only the distributorThey deny any responsibility and only forwarded the information to Clarke

I am rejecting this response because:I am very disappointed with this response. If the crew chief completed a “final walk “ they should have noticed the items left behind (vacuum cleaner and table leaves ), trash, dirt and the damage to the walls My Realtor noticed right away and took pictures for me which I sent to you with the claim. I consider that proofI also sent the invoices for the repairs to the damaged walls , shipping items left behind, cleaning and shipping items left behind. As far as the missing boxes of China it is unrealistic to check inside every box that you deliver or count the boxes as they are coming thru the door.Papers signed or not, I trusted your company to move my all of belongings and not damage my house I hope you will do the right thing so we can put this matter to rest.

Hello I had order from this place on the 13th of July same day within an hour I cancelled my order they said refund would take to days I have been calling weekly and still no refund I am very upset and all they tell me now is there is nothing they can do about it what can I do????? On the initial job the technicians at site pointed out to the home owner that the shower pan was holding excessive water and disclosed that if the pan holds excessive water you will need to touch up frequentlySubsequently we returned to the job basis a complaint the clear caulking on the
shower glass to wall joint needed to be re-doneWe explained that we did not recommend removing and replacing however at the insistence of the homeowner we did the work at our costWe also received another complaint that during the first visit we damaged the toilet seat we did not feel the accusation was trueWe cheerfully supplied a check to cover the cost of a replacement toilet seat because we could see a pattern of discontent with this homeownerWe returned once again at the request of the home owner and found that the shower pan was hold excessive amounts of waterWe did our best to mitigate this situationSeveral days after our last visit the home owner contacted via e-mail expressing their dissatisfaction and advising they were going to seek another professional for the workWe offered what we thought was our best solution to the problem which the home owner did not agree withConsidering the two visits post work and the replacement of the toilet seat we feel the request for a complete refund is unrealisticWe do however want compromise with the home owner

Review: Had reservation w/ Thrifty Car rental for a compact car, Ford Focus or similar. Upon arrival I was told that the car would be a Chevy Spark. This was unacceptable as I was in need of a 5 seat car. The Chevy Spark is a 4 seat car. Was told that the Spark is similar and in their system is a compact vehicle. I challenge that a 4 seat vehicle is similar to a 5 seat vehicle. AsI was in need of a car, I was forced to rent a higher class, more expensive upgrade. Subsequent research shows that other rental agencies, National, Enterprise and Alamo, all classify the Chevy Spark as an economy car, not a compact. Their is no way via internet that a consumer can identify that Thrifty is renting a Chevy Spark as a compact similar to a ford focus.
This practice of stating their rental would be a ford focus, or similar, is a misrepresentation to the consumer. This bait & switch scenario is highly unethical, forcing consumers in a time of need to rent a more expensive vehicle.Desired Settlement: I have offered to pay the original compact car cost and I refuse to pay the higher cost My efforts to resolve the issue with Thrifty has been unsuccessful.

I am writing to you in response to a complaint ID [redacted] sent in by one of our customers [redacted]. The location has been going through significant structural changes and I sincerely apologize for the delayed response time. We have reviewed Mr. [redacted]s contract and unfortunately see no issue with the contract on file. Mr. [redacted] reserved a compact 5 door sedan to which he was offered a compact 5 door sedan as classified in our system. Unfortunately we have no way to guarantee a specific make or model and availability fluctuates constantly. The customer choose to go into a larger class based off of his needs for more room which is why they have various class sizes of rentals. The customer was given a deep discount on going into a full size sedan. At this time we are unable to issue any credit regarding Mr. Fay’s contract since he was offered a compact car at his rate and choose to go into a larger class at a signigicant discounted rate.
