I am rejecting this response because:
Jason Fragomeni repeatedly told Mrs*** that he would come to prove that his wood was in fact seasoned and not green and wet, but he kept making appointments and then never showed up He did this six times in a row over a period of two weeks When Mrs*** would call him to find out why Jason didn't keep his appointment, he would make excuses He didn't have the decency to call and reschedule or say that he couldn't make it Not only unprofessional and a liar, but this also proves that he knew his wood was green and unseasoned

Mailing Address: House you are contracting for (East or West): West Minimum Guest Guarantee: Ceremony on-site (Yes/No): Agreed upon package pricing: $165++ plus service and sales tax How did you hear about The ***: The *** have zero complaintsWe do not sell firewood unless it is seasoned and ready to burnUpon delivery of the firewood, I noticed that there was another load of firewood delivered by a different company in their drivewayFurthermore, I asked where they got the wood and she said that they received it from another company and it was not seasonedUpon me looking at the other load of wood, I did notice that it was in fact seasoned woodEither way, I proceeded to deliver the half of cord as orderedThe following day, Mrs*** began to start calling me telling me that they just had a fire insert installed in their house and that they do not know how to start a fireI told her that she needs to get a bed of coals underneath the wood before she throws larger pieces on top of itShe then told me, that they were going on the internet and searching on Google how to search firesI can assure you that the wood she received is well seasoned and ready to burnUnfortunately I only provide the productI cannot go to her home and start the fire as wellMy last communication was with Mr*** who was very offensive on the phone and hung up
