Review: I had damage on my vehicle and went to Three Sons Collision for repair. I do not have rental coverage but [redacted] agree if I had all work done thru him he would pay all rental costs. Not only did he have my vehicle from June til October. He ignored all my calls, texts, voicemails repeately. When I finally received my vehicle back in October. He only made partial payment to Hertz who charged my account for the cost of the rental being that I didnt have the full amount in my account it went into insufficient funds also being charged additional fees. He has refused to return my calls and resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: [redacted] agreed to pay rental cost, I need the money for the rental costs and the amount my bank charged me for insufficient funds. $1505.50
