Review: This company removed my tree but left a mess and refused to clean it up even though the contract said they would clean up everything. My wife paid them but did not realize they left a mess.Desired Settlement: Clean up the mess .

Review: I had a contract with this tree service. The man who came to the orginal service request gave me a contract. When trimming trees in my backyard, the workers who were not there originally disconnected the power to my garage door. I could not get into my garage. When I called I was totally ignored. It cost me $95.00 to repair the wires. I asked them to either pay the $95.00 or finish trimming the trees that were still hanging over into my yard. They did not respond in any fashion. I had a buisiness for 35 years and I always resolved my clients issues, which were few and far between. This is not accpetable business practices.Desired Settlement: I origially wanted a refund of $95.00 or the trees finished being trimmed. I now only would like a refund and others to know that they can not be trusted. I do not want them near my home.

Review: Three Rivers Trees removed three threes from my home. However, Dan the owner stated he would have to come back to remove stumps after the ground had settled. I have tried for 8 weeks to contact him and have left messages with his secretary every week to call me to set up the appointment. He has failed to return my calls and I have paid him to do the work.Desired Settlement: I just want the two stumps ground down so the job can be completed as promised and paid for.
