I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Miss Arlena S*** completely lied in the response that she sent meFirst, ***, my father who booked the movers, was not at the moving site the day of the move, nor did the movers ever speak to himAnd no one who was there said that it was ok and not to worry about the fact that they broke my frameSecond, I called Arlena on the Monday (the 3rd) following my move, which was on Wednesday (the 29th of July)So for business days, I called her three days after my move, to ensure nothing else was broken; not over a week later as Miss Arlena tried to claimThird, Arlena did not tell that I gave her insufficient information, in fact, after I sent her the pictures of my broken frame I never heard from her again, nor would she ever answer her phone againLast, Arlena did not speak with me on several occasionsI spoke with her once to set the time for the movers to come to move me, and a second time to speak with her about the broken frameHowever, the one thing that she did not lie about is that I did call her and the company several times a day and she screened my calls and never answered themAnd I left several messages with the company and never received a call back from anyoneAs in my original message I have all of my phone records concerning my effort on trying to give this company a chance to make it right and their lack of effort in trying to fix their mistake. No one at this company has tried to make me as a customer happy, so they obviously do not have even minimal standards and values that they claim to haveI completely reject this responseIt is an absolute lie
