Three Rivers Auto Glass

Review: Auto Glass was replaced without scrapping the old molding from the bottom of window. Newly replaced glass (windshield) window did not have the required molding sealant that would keep the window (COWL GRILLE) adhered to bottom of window. The grill was popped away from the windshield surface.When I called and tried to explain the problem to one of the Three Rivers Auto Glass employees/Manager named [redacted] & to the technician Jimmy, over the phone when the work was completed and they both were rude and spoke to me in an extremely unprofessional manner. I was recommended by one of my mechanics to try this place out , and I wish that I had never called this company to do the auto glass repairs. I was initially going to have the work performed at [redacted], but they were about $50.00 more than Three Rivers Auto Glass ($190.00 plus Tax). I guess you get what you pay for, this company did nothing but take my money and raise my high blood pressure. They spoke to me with words like: "What do you want man?" & "I don't have the time to talk to you!", etc. The result is that I have to take my car back to Goodyear for them to put the sealant on. This company was the rudest and the most unprofessional that I have ever came across.Desired Settlement: A partial refund for a job not well done.
