Contractor admits they failed to do the job they were paid for but has refused to return. They advertise being fully licensed & insured but they do not have an active license with the state of Colorado.

This tree trimming business was hired by a neighbor to take down a huge cottonwood tree over Memorial Day weekend. They let a large trunk of the tree fall into our yard which caused $1,100 worth of damage to our property. One of the workers jumped over the fence, without our permission, to remove the trunk. We were watching and went out to confront him, since the damage was very visable. It broke our fence, broke an adirondack chair, broke off a large part of two trees, and the worker stomped down a small rose bush. They also left a large amount of leaves and smaller branches which we had to spend time cleaning up. We've tried to contact the owner via email, text message and phone messages numerous times. He responded once and said he was out of town. He will no longer respond to us.

We used this service to handle a pine tree in our yard that had zero maintenance in over 20 plus years. They did a fantastic job cutting and shaping as well as cleaning up the site afterward. Reasonable priced as well.
