Thousand Oaks Motorcycle Tire

Review: I had these guys fit a new tire (which I provided) to my Kawasaki Concours. Their machine was out of adjustment so they took hours over it.After that the tire wouldn't hold air so I had another shop look at it. They were shocked - Thousand Oaks Motorcycle Tire guys had shredded the beading, destroying a $250 tire, and had scratched up the rim. They therefore sent me out on the road on a bike that could have lost rear tire pressure at any time, risking my life.I contacted them with photos of their handiwork and asked them to pay my cost of the new tire and the labor to fit it, but had no reply. I posted about this incident on Yelp, and they did reply, denying any responsibility.Desired Settlement: I want to be paid for my total costs to have another bike shop supply and fit another new tire.

I am rejecting this response because: the vendor has just posted the conversation we already had over Yelp. I responded therein to each of their points, and he has not addressed my responses. In the end, this vendor did a shoddy job, risked my life, and caused me to have to spend a considerable additional sum. They are denying none of these fundamentals.
