Thour Wiring

Review: On or about 1/*/12 [redacted] of Thour Wiring was hired to rewire, and install LED lights, upgrades electric in attic, install cameras , and generator installation work was never completed work in my home. He was paid substantial amount of money and services was never completely rendered. As of 6/**/13 this has been an ongoing game with Thour Wiring, of never returning to my home to complete the work.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the work that was not completed.

Response:

We were hired to do electrical renovations at [redacted] home. At each phase of the work, we reviewed what was done with [redacted]. Upon completion of each phase of work outlined by our contract, we received a portion of funds to continue the project. As our first contract of $7,000 was in final completion [redacted] expressed her need for additional work that she wanted done around the house. After reviewing the 2nd phase of work we wrote up another contract for these items, and a $2,000 deposit was given to start the work. Half of the work has been completed on the second contract, though during the second contract phase of work we ran into problems at another site which led to delays in finishing [redacted]s second phase of work on the second contract. [redacted] has been very patient in this delay of finishing things for her. We do not mind refunding [redacted] for any work that has not been completed as long as its in line with w hat has not been done from our contracted work. We were never contracted to do a outside generator work with [redacted], as was mentioned in her complaint. We both discussed it but no payment was given for this work and no contract was signed for it. Were hoping to get this matter resolved.
