From time to time, we have asked Thoughtful Systems for modifications to certain parts of the software, and they have been great at implementing what we want at reasonable rates.
We have found the support staff to be helpful in promptly attending to any questions or issues that have occurred with the software. We like also that Thoughtful Systems adds new features from time to time -- their mobile app is great. Also, the text messaging features, which let us send reminders to all customers via text message each day.
I highly recommend this company and its software.
We also use their mobile app. All the cleaners have the app on their phones, so they can see their jobs easily on their mobile devices and see directions from job to job. They can also clock in and out on their phones. We love the new SMS text features!
I have used Thoughtful Systems software for over 8 years now. I have found the software very useful for my residential cleaning business. We have found the SM-Mobile mobile app to be a great addition to the Scheduling Manager software. Our employees can see their jobs on their phones, get directions, record payments received and so on, all on their phones.
We have found their support and custom software development services to be excellent. Highly recommended.

All our account information is neatly stored. We can really keep track of how well sales are going, week by week, month by month and year by year.

They were also very helpful when we needed some modifications to the calendar feature, charged is a nominal amount for what we needed. That has also been a great timesaver, and has been well worth the money we paid for it.
Overall a great company to deal with. Their support, customer service and consulting services are also great. I heartily recommend them.
Terrible company, very shadyPurchased the "latest program" which the sales rep tried to get us to purchase and then once we purchased none of the features she told us about were includedWe had to pay extra for each moduleSoftware kept giving us error codes, when we call for tech support the tech always has to get back to us, which is an inconvenienceAccounting is also an issue as the program "automatically generates" an amount it wishes to read despite what we input on the invoiceEmployees hang up the phone on you when you are frustrated because you cant get a hold of a tech support person, which there is only ONE! And if you want immediate support you have to PAY EXTRA FOR THAT! what is that/!? Overall not worth the money you pay and customer service is just terrible!
