beginning landscape work, General contractor and  client requested New Green Landscape to assist with exterior work on the home. This additional labor resulted in over 6 weeks of delay of  landscape labor.- Due to the almost 2 month extension to contract, the desert weather was then not conducive to installation of plant material. Recorded  temperatures were ranging from 100 - 109 degrees during the summer months. Client was made aware of this issue and was updated  frequently during summer months while weather was being monitored. - Landscape installation proceeded in the Fall. During the middle of the final phase of the project, the client expressed impatience and became  extremely upset. NGL Office manager intervened in an attempt to negotiate a plan to complete the remaining work. Client admitted to office  manager that she was very happy with work crew and the work that was installed thus far. - NGL attempted to complete the project, but client stated her wish to not have them return to property. After negotiations proceeded again  and NGL was scheduled to proceed with final irrigation installation, client demanded to have work done during the 2 days before Christmas.  Client was informed that the work crew was on vacation and would be available upon their return on January 7th. After many attempts to  negotiate with client (including her demand to respond to her email on Christmas Eve), she ultimately stated by email that NGL was not to  return to the project.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response is exactly the same differences that got us into this situation in the first place..  He and I are just going to disagree on how things went down and there is no more effort on my part to try and reason with Tom Diehl and New Green Landscape.  While I am not happy with many things including how he handled my dissatisfaction... all I wanted to do was to notify the Revdex.com that this type of behaviour went on with this Company and in my opinion should be noted on his file so that others may choose more wisely than I did. We can't possibly come to a reasonable solution as we both see things completely differently.... so as far as resolution goes, I can only say that the resolution is to simply move on and say Buyer Beware. Thank you for providing this valuable service to customers.
