I contracted roofing replacement services with this company in May, 2014, completed in June, 2014. Roof leaks. Still not repaired.Contracted roof shingle replacement in May, 2014. The job was finished in June, 2014. The roof leaked during the first heavy rain. I contacted Mr. [redacted] to repair the leak. He returned once to repair the leak. However, the roof continues to leak. I called and left numerous messages advising the roof still leaks. I received a call from his girlfriend, [redacted], the first week of September who stated Mr. [redacted] was out of town and would be back on September 25, 2014. She stated she was returning calls of messages left on Mr. [redacted] voice mail since his voice mail box was full and no further messages could be left. She stated that either he would have someone check on my roof leak before September 25, 2014 or he would make the repair himself after his return on September 25, 2014. Mr. [redacted] has neither returned to make the repair to the roof nor has he returned additional telephone call messages. The last message I left on his voice mail was on October 24, 2014. My roof still leaks during heavy rains.Desired SettlementI would like for Mr. [redacted] to either repair the leak in my roof or pay my cost to have another contractor repair this leak.
