In response to Ms [redacted] ’s rejectionI want to respond to two statements made in her complaint1st, she says when she called me at home on Sunday, she said she was calling me to let me know she was going on vacationVacation NEVER came up in our conversationShe called to see when I was comingWhy would you schedule a vacation, when you had work to be done in your home?? And 2nd, the negative review she found on my company was on *** I have been trying to have that removed on ***I have talked to several [redacted] staff and told them, that is not even a customer of mineThe problem with [redacted] is it is unsecureANYONE can post a review on a business, even if they are not a customer and there is nothing the business can do At least The Revdex.com and [redacted] verify that the person posting the review are indeed customers of the business.Again, I am sorry that we were not able to resolve thisThis project could have already been finished by nowI am really good at what I do, and I know she would have been very happy with my work
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [The primary reason for my call was to tell him about my vacation I never called to argue about the start date I called to "inquire" about the start date He became argumentative with me immediately and the conversation went downhill from there I did sign a contract However in the spirit of good faith and customer service, I am stunned that I never got an apology and He would not try to remedy the situation with any type of compromise, such as refunding a portion I am also aware of another complaint where he was fired from a job, told to leave the homeowners' premises and refused to do so I am not comfortable with this type of individual doing work for me With regard to the Sunday call, never was I told not to contact him on a weekend He suggested I visit his studio and did so on a Saturday, which implied that this was acceptable Regards, [redacted]

In response to Ms. [redacted]’s rejection. I want to respond to two statements made in her complaint. 1st, she says when she called me at home on Sunday, she said she was calling me to let me know she was going on vacation. Vacation NEVER came up in our conversation. She called to see when I was coming. Why would you schedule a vacation, when you had work to be done in your home?? And 2nd, the 1 negative review she found on my company was on [redacted]. I have been trying to have that removed on [redacted]. I have talked to several [redacted] staff and told them, that is not even a customer of mine. The problem with [redacted] is it is unsecure. ANYONE can post a review on a business, even if they are not a customer and there is nothing the business can do. At least The Revdex.com and [redacted] verify that the person posting the review are indeed customers of the business.Again, I am sorry that we were not able to resolve this. This project could have already been finished by now. I am really good at what I do, and I know she would have been very happy with my work.
