employees told the customer that the previous company sized the wire wrong and that it would need new wire and the customer refused new wire and told us to use the new wire he just purchased in which we did. We documented it on pump report that we keep in the office. Thompson Pump and Irrigation offers a full 1 year parts and labor warranty for our work. Then Franklin Pump offers a 5 year manufacture warranty.   It has been fours years since we had put the pump in so the client need to get the warranty from Franklin we were working on that process and believe we had it approved and show up to the site as scheduled and as we were getting ready to pull the pump were told to get the “blank” off their property when we told them again it would need different wire. They then hired a competitor that has the full ability to work with the manufacture to get the warranty for the client. I have told them that since we did not change the pump and help process the warranty because the manufacture needs to work with the company that replaced the pump and that it is purely a manufactures warranty and not a Thompson Pump and Irrigation Warranty.   Andy H[redacted] Office: [redacted]
